CONTO TERMICO 2.0: INCENTIVI PER LA RIQUALIFICAZIONE ENERGETICA DEGLI IMPIANTI TERMICI, CON LIQUIDAZIONE DEGLI IMPORTI ENTRO 3 MESI DALLA FINE DEI LAVORI.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il Conto Termico incentiva interventi per l’incremento dell’efficienza energetica e la produzione di energia termica da fonti rinnovabili per impianti di piccole dimensioni, in accordo a quanto previsto dal DM 16\/02\/2016.<\/p>\n

Grazie al Conto Termico \u00e8 possibile riqualificare i propri edifici per migliorarne le prestazioni energetiche, riducendo in tal modo i costi dei consumi e recuperando in tempi brevi parte della spesa sostenuta.<\/p>\n

Effettuando uno degli interventi previsti dal Decreto Ministeriale del 16\/02\/2016, il GSE eroga un contributo, sul conto bancario del soggetto responsabile (colui che effettua le spese), il cui valore dipende dalle prestazioni raggiunte. In seno alle nuove modalit\u00e0 operative \u00e8 prevista l’erogazione degli incentivi in un’unica rata, se l\u2019importo \u00e8 inferiore a 5.000 euro. I tempi di pagamento sono all’incirca di 3 mesi.<\/p>\n

Gli interventi di riqualificazione energetica, soggetti ad incentivazione, sono:<\/p>\n

INT. 2A<\/strong> \u2013 SOSTITUZIONE DI IMPIANTO DI CLIMATIZZAZIONE INVERNALE ESISTENTI, CON INSTALLAZIONE DI NUOVI IMPIANTI A POMPA DI CALORE (CLIMATIZZATORI, CHILLER, POMPE DI CALORE GEOTERMICHE, ECC.).<\/p>\n

INT. 2B<\/strong> \u2013 SOSTITUZIONE DI IMPIANTI DI CLIMATIZZAZIONE INVERNALE ESISTENTI A BIOMASSA O GASOLIO, CON INSTALLAZIONE DI NUOVI GENETATORI A BIOMASSA (CALDAIE, STUFE, TERMOSTUFE).<\/p>\n

INT. 2C<\/strong> \u2013 INSTALLAZIONE DI IMPIANTO SOLARE TERMICO PER PRODUZIONE DI ACQUA CALDA SANITARIA E\/O INTEGRAZIONE AL RISCALDAMENTO.<\/p>\n

INT. 2D<\/strong> \u2013 SOSTITUZIONE DI BOILER ELETTRICI ESISTENTI PER ACQUA CALDA SANITARIA, CON NUOVI BOILER A POMPA DI CALORE.<\/p>\n

L\u2019incentivo conto termico non \u00e8 cumulabile con altri incentivi statali, come le detrazioni fiscali.<\/p>\n
